On the right is Olaf Maurer, president of the Deutsche Sherlock Holmes Gesellschaft. He and several other members of the society were in Meiringen all weekend, dressed in Victorian era costumes.

Wow! Thank you for sharing the photos! It's so beautiful and the festival does look like a lot of fun. (I especially love the rainbow.)

Reichenbach Falls always makes me so sad for poor Watson, left behind.
